Dilip Balachandran is a seasoned leader with an excellent track record of driving digital transformation at multiple companies to increase their top and bottom lines. He has enabled various organizations to increase their speed to market by championing the adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Mr. Balachandran’s recent accomplishments include the development of digital strategy and vision, the rollout of multiple advanced analytics solutions, and the multisite deployment of cloud-based solutions. He is passionate about personal development and loves to coach and mentor future leaders.

Mr. Balachandran currently serves as a Senior Manager responsible for business intelligence and advanced analytics and manufacturing applications at USG, a leading manufacturer of building products. Prior to USG, he helped multiple Fortune 500 companies address their digital strategy and information management challenges as a management consultant at Deloitte and Accenture. Mr. Balachandran is PMP-certified and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Kerala (India) and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
