Richard Klein is Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics as well as the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Affairs at Florida International University’s College of Business. His research examines healthcare information systems and infor­matics, electronic business initiatives, and inter­organizational information systems. Dr. Klein has been published in Decision Sciences, European Journal of Information Systems, Information and Management, Journal of Management Information Systems, MIS Quarterly, and Journal of Operations Management. He also serves as Associate Editor for European Journal of Information Systems and has cochaired healthcare-related tracks at both Americas Conference on Information Systems and European Conference on Information Systems.
