Recent project/roles have included Lead Strategy Analyst for a FTSE 100 gaming company on a number of breakthrough projects aimed at building competitive advantage and a regenerative customer base within their retail business; Strategy & Implementation Lead for a global chemical manufacturing company on developing new R&D processes and systems firm-wide, including designing a new R&D project management solution for maximum user adoption and coordinating the global rollout for 1000+ employees across 28 locations; and developing and delivering a number of breakthrough digital strategies to increase operational efficiencies for a leading UK utilities business.
