Jim Miller is a Partner at Arthur D. Little, where he heads the US Travel & Transportation practice. He is a preeminent and leading expert in the economic and financial analysis of transportation issues and serves as a trusted advisor both to senior management and executives, as well as government, financial institutions, and investors. Mr. Miller’s capability stems from 30+ years’ experience as a consultant as well as an investment banker specializing in transportation-related financial transactions. He currently focuses on advising lenders, investors, and governments, as well as for various investment funds. Previously, Mr. Miller held multiple leadership positions in airport management. He earned a doctor of jurisprudence (JD) from the University of Tulsa, a master of arts degree in mathematical economics, and a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of West Virginia.
