Byron Graham is a Senior Lecturer in Business Analytics at Queen’s University Belfast, Ireland. His research focuses on the use of data to improve decision-making in organizations and the application of analytics techniques to business research, including technical aspects (e.g., machine learning, text mining) and organizational implications. Dr. Graham earned a master of science degree in healthcare informatics from Ulster University, Ireland, and a PhD in innovation from Queen’s University Belfast.
