Anica Zeyen is Professor in Entrepreneurship and Inclusion at the School of Business and Management, Royal Holloway, University of London, UK. She serves as Vice Dean for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and chairs the Disability and Mental Health Staff Network. Dr. Zeyen has held visiting positions at Ivey Business School, Canada, and the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and serves on the Advisory Board for the Centre for Responsible Management at Fortuna Institute for International Business, India. Her research focuses on disability-inclusive organizations, examining the experiences of disabled individuals in the context of work, entrepreneurship, and leisure. Dr. Zeyen cofounded the Spring Institute, linking researchers in management and disability studies. Her work spans multiple countries and she has been published in top journals. Dr. Zeyen co-curated the “Layers of Visions” exhibition, advocating for accessible museums. She actively connects with the public through her blog and social media channels, where she shares insights from her research on disability and provides a window into her experiences as a blind academic. Dr. Zeyen earned a master’s degree in international business from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a PhD summa cum laude in business administration from Leuphana University Lueneburg, Germany.
