Yi-Chen Lan is the Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) at Western Sydney University. Dr. Lan holds a bachelor of commerce (honours) degree and a PhD from the University of Western Sydney. He is responsible for the implementation of the university’s inter­national plan; the development, management, and facilitation of all ­international relationships across the university relating to trans­national programs; the student mobility program and international research partnerships; recruitment of onshore international students; communications to all international stakeholders; and regulatory ­compliance for international operations.
