Mr. Fujita is a Principal at Arthur D. Little (ADL), based in Singapore, covering the whole of South East Asia and Japan. He is a member of the global leadership team of ADL’s Travel & Transportation practice. He has extensive project experience, especially in the aviation and railway sectors. His main areas of expertise cover strategy definition, organizational design, corporate finance, and transformation programs with a side-by-side approach.

Prior to joining ADL, Mr. Fujita worked for four years in an HR start-up company. Since joining the ADL Tokyo office, he has supported clients in several industries. After two years, he started to focus on the Travel & Transportation industry as a “start-up” member of this practice, supported by the global practice team. After four years at the ADL Tokyo office, he moved to the Singapore office as a member of the reactivating the Singapore office program.

He holds a master’s degree of science (physics) from the University of Tokyo and is fluent in Japanese, English, and Bahasa Indonesian (basic).
