Eleanor Loiacono is an Associate Professor of Management, Information Systems, at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She earned her PhD in information systems from the University of Georgia and has been published in journals, such as the Communications of the ACM, Computer IEEE, andInternational Journal of Electronic Commerce.
