Karl Johnson, MBA, is a global business transformation leader and trusted advisor with experience across varied environments and business models. Mr. Johnson has partnered with boards of directors, CEOs, and senior leadership teams from over 30 organizations to bring clarity and alignment to their most pressing strategic issues. In his current role, he leads global transformation initiatives within Cargill, a US $130 billion global agribusiness. Prior roles include serving as an executive committee member of the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota as Assistant Dean of Executive Education.  Mr. Johnson’s primary work with executives is in the areas of global transformation, complex restructurings, M&As, strategic alliances and partnerships, business renewal, strategy alignment and execution, and performance improvement.
