Laura E. Asiala is Chief Sustainability Officer of WholeWorks LLC. Passionate about harnessing business to address the world’s most intransigent problems, she has extensive experience mobilizing companies to contribute to global sustainable development through their people and their work. Prior to her role at WholeWorks, which also includes Lead Facilitator of sustainability programs, Ms. Asiala spent 30 years at Dow Corning Corporation, where she retired as Director of Corporate Communications and Citizenship. She subsequently served as VP of Public Affairs for PYXERA Global and Senior Director of the Council for the Great Lakes Region. Ms. Asiala has written and/or spoken for several sustainability-based platforms and organizations and served as a judge for international and national awards programs, such as the Reuters Sustainability Awards and Net Impact.
