Murali Kuppuswamy is Chief HR Officer for two major US publicly listed companies. He has worked and lived in the US, UK, and India, leading multiple global teams. Mr. Kuppuswamy is pursuing an executive doctoral degree at the C.T. Bauer College of Business, the University of Houston. His research focuses on CEO and top management team dynamics and effectiveness, the design of inclusive processes, and the human aspects of technology adaptation in organizations.
