Rafael Petry is Director of Marketing and New Business Development at the São Paulo Tech School (SPTech), Brazil. He is also a member of the Global Organizational Learning and Development Network (GOLDEN) for the Sustainability Brazil research group at the Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade de Ribeirão Preto (FEA-RP), researching motivation, team management, and corporate social responsibility. Mr. Petry earned a master’s degree in business administration from the School of Economics, Administration, and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, Brazil; a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of Santa Catarina, Brazil, as well as a specialist degree from IBMEC, Brazil, underscoring his extensive executive experience.
