Raghavan S is Senior Director of BPO at Infosys. Previously, he was Product Manager for Infosys’s Social Media platform, a SaaS offering, and Head of Infosys’s technology consulting group for clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has reviewed/defined the IT strategy of telecom service providers, banks, and retail organizations in the US, Europe, and Australia. Raghavan holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from the Bharathidasan University, Tamilnadu, India.
