Fabian Sempf is a Principal at Arthur D. Little (ADL), based in Frankfurt, Germany, and a member of ADL’s Technology and Innovation Management practice, mainly focusing on digital transformation. With a background in software engineering, he has a deep technical understanding in innovative solutions and the IT behind it. Currently, Mr. Sempf focuses on the cultural, governmental, and processual aspects of digital transformation. Combining these experiences, he has conducted many successful transformation projects in travel and transportation, telecommunications, and other industries, focusing on innovation and digitalization.
