Cyber threats are on the rise and clearly changing in scope and severity. No longer is it just the idle teen hacker defacing Web pages that we need to be concerned about. The playing field now includes a new cast of black hat characters that includes foreign intelligence services, transnational criminal enterprises, competitors looking to steal intellectual property, and disgruntled or politically motivated insiders looking to embarrass and reveal secrets.
