Given the dynamic nature of today's markets, products undergo constant evaluation, review, refinement, and change. Products are created by business processes -- collections of tasks that are performed by people and systems. This key role of business processes holds for both tangible products, such as electronic devices, and intangible products, such as insurance policies.
