Armand Smits

Armand Smits is Assistant Professor of Organizational Change and Design at Radboud University, the Netherlands. His research focuses on the creation and use of private regulation initiatives in the context of sustainability transitions. Dr. Smits is also interested in configurational theory and methods. His work is funded by national and European research associations, and he collaborates with actors from a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, professional services, and healthcare. Dr. Smits has held visiting positions in the US and New Zealand and has been involved in the development and delivery of educational programs for a variety of audiences.
