Bill McCrosky is a solution architect in IBM Software Group Cross-Brand Services group. He has been with IBM for nine years and has worked in many technical capacities on customer data warehouse and business intelligence projects. Mr. McCrosky has 30 years of experience in the IT industry, with a concentration in database application development. He is certified as a project manager (PMP) and as an IBM consultant and is one of IBM's leading experts on applying agile development techniques to business intelligence environments. Mr. McCrosky has a master's degree in computer science from the University of Virginia and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Case Western Reserve University.
