Christian Busch
Christian Busch is Associate Professor of Clinical Management and Organizations at the USC Marshall School of Business. His research focuses on purpose-driven leadership, sustainable innovation, and serendipity. Dr. Busch is author of The Serendipity Mindset: The Art & Science of Creating Good Luck and has been published widely in journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review. He has also been featured in The Financial Times, Forbes, and the BBC. Previously, Dr. Busch taught at New York University and the London School of Economics (LSE). He cofounded Leaders on Purpose and Sandbox Network and is former Co-Director of LSE’s Innovation Lab. He is a member of the World Economic Forum‘s Expert Forum, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and on the Thinkers50 Radar list of the management thinkers “most likely to shape the future.” Dr. Busch earned a PhD in management, entrepreneurship, social networks, and inclusive innovation from LSE.
