Christina Bidmon is Assistant Professor at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Her research centers on corporate innovation strategies in the context of sustainability. Dr. Bidmon is particularly interested in exploring how large societal change processes, such as the twin transition, influence innovation strategies and how corporate innovation and transformation efforts affect institutional arrangements. She is also passionate about exploring how managers and employees can effectively support these processes while managing the challenges and tensions that arise during organizational change. Previously, Dr. Bidmon worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, Portugal, and has practical experience in strategy consulting.
