Dirk Krafzig has worked for more than 15 years as an architect, consultant, and manager in the IT industry, both for IT service providers and ISVs. Dr. Krafzig focuses primarily on the insurance industry, particularly the life, health, and P&C areas, where he has managed complex projects and developed modern architectures.
