Ian Duncan is Special Advisor to Project Management Institute (PMI) and Senior Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Digital Science practice in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), where he leads research and delivery teams to develop and deploy the latest methodologies to enable organizations to deliver transformation outcomes. Mr. Duncan has spent the past 25 years working as a consultant, leading programs and guiding CEOs and IT leaders through organizational transformation.
