Karen Fryday-Field is a Scholar Practitioner and Senior Partner of Meridian Edge Leadership and Governance Consulting in London, Ontario, Canada. Her leadership consulting practice focuses on creating governance and leadership excellence for both for-profit and not-for-profit entities, including developing impactful strategies for business success and market positioning; implementing measurement systems to gauge organizational effectiveness; engaging stakeholders; and fostering growth in people‘s character, capacity, commitment, and energy. As an international speaker, Ms. Fryday-Field was inducted into the London and District Business Hall of Fame for her outstanding contributions and ethics in business. Her visionary approach to identifying necessary changes, recognizing possibilities, and charting a path forward earned her the Women of Excellence Award for Entrepreneurs from the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario. Ms. Fryday-Field is committed to actively contributing to her local community to build community capacity and foster success. She has served on several boards and committees, including Brescia University College’s Lead With Us Campaign Cabinet and is past chair of Brescia’s board of trustees. Ms. Fryday-Field also serves as CEO of Govern for Impact, an international advocacy, research, and education organization based in the US.
