Pamela Hager is president of Imaginative Concepts, a training and consulting firm. She has more than 20 years' experience in education and consulting. Ms. Hager was the product manager for training and education as well as an instructor/consultant for EDS. Her professional experience includes software development, statistical and cost analyses, group facilitation, and software testing including design, development, and training. Ms. Hager has both bachelor's and master's degrees in mathematics. To her credit are two college math books written from her experience as a math instructor.
