Scott Nathan
Scott J. Nathan is an attorney whose practice is focused on technology-related matters. He currently advises clients on Internet-related risks and risk avoidance, including negotiating and drafting creative service-level agreements, employee relations, and insurance coverage. He also engages in litigation regarding intellectual property and technology disputes, most recently in a case involving claims of computer fraud and abuse. Mr. Nathan is the coauthor of "The Legal Framework for Protecting Intellectual Property," which appears in The Computer Security Handbook (4th ed.) and has written and spoken extensively about such issues as online privacy and cyberspace jurisdiction.
