Lorraine Morgan is a lecturer in business information systems at National University of Ireland (NUI), Galway, Ireland, and researcher with Lero: The Irish Software Research Centre. She has been involved in several collaborative research projects involving international and national-based industry partners, attracting over €20 million in funding. Ms. Morgan is currently involved in the development of an industry-focused network of excellence around open and inner source software. Her research has also been published in leading journals, including Journal of Strategic Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Database for Advances in Information Systems, and Information and Software Technology.
