Daan Stam is Endowed Professor of Innovation Management in the Department of Technology and Operations Management, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, the Netherlands. His research interests focus on leadership and communication, particularly within the contexts of innovation and operational settings. Mr. Stam is a member of the Erasmus Centre for Leadership Studies. His research is widely published in academic journals, including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organization Science, Journal of Operations Management, The Leadership Quarterly, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
