Caroline Hernandez is Assistant Director of the Sustainable Landscapes Program at the University of Illinois Chicago’s Energy Resources Center. She supports the Rights-of-Way as Habitat Working Group while overseeing programs that engage energy and transportation leaders across the US and Canada in creating and conserving pollinator habitats. Ms. Hernandez is a LEED Green Associate, earned a master’s degree in both international relations and natural resources/sustainable development, and has a background in globalization, sustainable development, and climate change.
