He specifically focuses on designing learning experiences in the areas of client centricity, B2B sales and marketing, organizational learning, and self-development. This includes partnering with internal clients within the WIPRO group to design and facilitate workshops and other interventions. In his professional journey, Abhinav has led project teams on assignments ranging from cultural integration post M&A to process mapping studies. Abhinav's career journey includes dimensioning the core wireless network of a telecom company and consulting with Fortune 500 clients in areas of workforce management.
