Jamie Griffin is a Senior Manager within Dell EMC Global Business Services, with over 10 years of professional experience in the tech­nology industry. He is responsible for a team of 24 people across theglobe and currently manages Dell EMC’s Risk & Receivable Portfolios. A B.Comm graduate of University College Cork (UCC) and active member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON), and the Irish Institute of Credit Management (IICM), Mr. Griffin is currently pursuing an MSc. in digital business from UCC. His research interests include digital transformation, predictive analytics, business process innovation, employee advocacy, and client centricity as they pertain tointernal stakeholders and external clients.
