Hannes Leroy is Academic Director of the Erasmus Center for Leadership, Erasmus University, the Netherlands, where he is responsible for ensuring the quality of leadership development programs across various educational levels, encompassing undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and executive education. Dr. Leroy also acts as steward of the League of Leadership initiative, where he oversees an international consortium of leading business schools dedicated to collectively raising the quality standards of leadership development worldwide. He has further contributed to the field by publishing numerous studies on leadership development in prestigious journals. Dr. Leroy has taught a diverse range of leadership courses and serves as the principal coordinator for several leadership development curricula.
