Johannes Claeys is Assistant Professor of Leadership at IÉSEG School of Management, France, and also Academic Director at ILEAD, the school’s leadership center. His research primarily focuses on leadership development, leader vulnerability, and spiritual leadership. Dr. Claeys has an extensive background in designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership programs, having developed over 100 programs for various business schools and companies worldwide. He is also Visiting Professor at KU Leuven, Belgium, and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, the Netherlands. Dr. Claeys’s previous experience includes serving as advisor to the Director-General within the Headquarters for Education, Belgium, and participating on several boards over the past 15 years.
